The School of sustainable Development (SSD) provides Students with knowledge and hands on experience to transform lives through stewarding the resources God has given us!
Topics Include:
Graduates of the SSD school have been able to minister effectively to the physical needs of people in various parts of the world and by so doing have been able to share the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Some countries, which are closed to Christian missionaries, have opened when they learned that the YWAM graduates of this class could help their people have clean water and increased food production with less work. The lack of clean water is one of the leading causes of death in the world and this class will show multiple ways to provide clean water from dirty and contaminated water.
In the past, the SSD school outreaches have worked alongside refugees in Taiwan, environmental / medical work with Maasai in Loita Hills, Kenya, also in Mbita, Kenya and Ometepe, Nicaragua and relief work in Haiti after the earthquake among others. The techniques learned in SSD have been used and demonstrated wherever the teams have gone, and have shown to be valuable in expressing God’s love to many needy people.
Our outreach locations are East Africa, Middle East and the Amazon however we may go to other locations as the Lord leads.
Our SSD School is registered with University of the Nations (U of N).

The SSD objectives aim to equip the student with a clear understanding of scriptural truth regarding responsible stewardship. Through the use of case studies and lectures, the student will be given a comprehensive understanding of current issues regarding the environment and resources worldwide, with a particular emphasis on the school host site and the field outreach sites. Students will be equipped to evaluate the status of resources in the environment, the community of God’s people in that environment, and learn strategies for restoration and sustainable development.

Our project needs your support today. Our concept is simple: we run a charity where all funds raised go directly to children and families to keep them happy and healthy. To make sure 100% of your donation reaches the community in Malawi, all other expenses like administration, marketing, and travel costs are born by the board members. Support a developing nation and help bring Malawi out of poverty by aid to self-help.
